PLEASE RT & REBLOG & REPOST Penelope was stolen from in front of my house on 32nd and Broad Street between 10PM last night and 6AM this morning. She’s a mint green Genuine Buddy 125cc scooter. The picture is a little old and the top box isn’t on the scooter anymore, but if the thief hasn’t removed it, the wicker basket should still be on there. License plate is 656301. If you see it or have ANY information, call Richmond Police at 804-646-5100 (report number 20110621-0302).
